Online orders are picked every Tuesday and Thursday.

Orders received by 9.00 am will be included in that day’s picking. Orders received after 9.00 am will be picked on the next scheduled picking day.

Karen is in B’sss between 3.30 pm and 5.30 pm on picking days. The door is open, so if you need help, want to ask a question or are looking for something specific, please pop in.

You can shop online at any time, and we process orders twice a week. Exchanges are straightforward, and we aim to make refunds, replacements and suitable alternatives as quick and easy as possible.
